My understanding is that Rich and TJ now own SSI. It will be interesting to see how that changes the way the business get run.

 

Well, I don't know how it was run before but I just got back my blower snout from them yesterday. I was having a leakage problem and it turns out I screwed it up when I installed the seal. They sent it back with a new seal installed and also an extra seal along with the seal I dicked up. All they charged me for was the price of the two seals and a reasonable shipping charge. No labor charge at all! And on top of that, they polished the snout so it looks like new!!! Now I call that service. Thank you TJ and Rich.

TJ and Rich are awesome really great guys and know there stuff. Parts rebuilds or New chargers are available when you call and at a reasonable delivery date, also alot of new products and better chargers. They turned it around from where it was headed. Got my charger freshened and needed a new snout housing for a better snout seal and it was at no charge WOULDNT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR NEXT CHARGER HANDS DOWN DARRIN

 

I owned a 10-71 SSI and I always had great service from Rich and TJ
