Made some test hits yesterday and still sifting through the Data. A/F was 3.15:1, EGTs were 1120, 35# of boost, 18-20 degrees of timing. Plugs showed no heat mark until the final pull, A/F 3.25 EGT 1120, only had a heat mark on half the plug. The threads showed no mark except around the strap where it was half way between the tip and the 1st set of threads. Pulling 5% of fuel on the last pass, it picked up 5mph to the 1/8 mile.

Where is your compression at? The plugs don't lie (like egts sometimes do) if they are showing no heat, then there isn't any in the chamber. The easy way to get heat in the chamber is to crank some timing into it OR remove some fuel.

10.5:1, it was a gas motor we switched over to methanol. M5 fuel.

Is there a tuneup that will make the most power?
    3.25:1 A/F and more timing
    3.50:1 A/F and medium timing
    3.75:1 A/F and less timing

Plugs are gapped at .018, on 2 hits, plug number 1 went cold at 200'

Sounds like some more ignition timing is needed---

    4.125" Bore, 4.250" stroke

The plugs showed no ring around the threads and the mark was just above the base of where the strap attaches to the body of the plug

Heads are 10 degree intake 7 degree exhaust canted valve
