Shelly and Paul Howard's A/Fuel car

Howard's A/Fuel car, according to an un-named very, very Southern California camshaft manufacturer, will be the test bed for a rotary valve set up with a revolutionary variable compression feature. It has been suggested that computer profiles predict high four second ets.
The rotary valve lash-up will fit snugly under the traditional BAE rocker covers. I would expect "No access" to Howard's pit area when the covers are off.
