I cannot describe how great it was to see Shawn, Taylor and Ron at the Seattle D.6 race over the weekend. It was great to talk with him and amazing to see his physical and mental strength after everything he has been through. I know Taylor has had a lot to do with that too. He definitely brightened everyone's weekend by coming out. I know it must have been hard Shawn, but thank you for making the trip out and seeing everyone. We continue to pray for you, miss you out there and look forward to your return!

    That was special...

I'll tell you, when Shawn came rolling through the staging lanes just before first round there were a lot of tears flowing under those helmets. It was really cool, I know it will be some time before he comes back in the car but that day will come 'cause he has all of you folks pulling for him.

We Need our D-6 Hitter Back

It was good to see Shawn at the races Saturday. I don't know if he remembers me or not, but I went and talked to him for a little bit, and told him that we really needed him for the Winternationals in Pomona next spring. All of us Divion 6 guys need our Hitter back. He was on a run for the Championship. And I'm sure he will be again next year. I'm sure I saw that right foot "Hit the Throttle", when the Amber came on for the TA/FC and TAD guys he was watching.
    Good Luck Shawn.
