    Those that we asked close to ESPN2 are keeping quiet, but the reliable word that we are hearing is that former Indy 500 announcer turned drag racing commentator Paul Page will return for all 23 NHRA races in 2007.

    God I hope they do not bring him to TV as the color man; words can't describe how bad he is. If NHRA does do that, their ratings will go down hill for sure. They will definitely lose fans and viewers. I might just start watching golf!! :eek:
    Hey Will Hanna, I know you don't want any bashing on this site but I'm just speaking the truth. So if you have any pull with anyone at ESPN, help out the sport and don't let it get destroyed. Marty, Mike, Dave, Gary, and Bob Fry arfe the perfect color men, why change anything? As the old adage goes, if it ain't broke, don't fix it!

    about a month ago, i saw him on an espn broadcast of 4 wheeler racing. maybe he's contracted to espn to do any motorsport they do? or maybe he's got some serious debts. it has to kill your ego to fall from the indy 500 to atv racing.

    I don't think he'll be part of the sportsman broadcast. I know at least for the Dallas broadcast, the Sportsman show had Reiff and Frey in the booth with Gary Gerould doing top end...it was one of the best sportsman shows I've seen.

    the body to the netherlands.

    Now its boycott, wow!It's pretty simple, just lower the volume on the TV and up the volume on the radio. Or just turn the channel.

    People lets not let this subject go dead we need more people to sign the PETITION.We don't want that lame duck Page in the booth next year so lets get more to show espn we mean business.
