I spoke with Brian around noon, and he said Greg was doing alittle better. Sounds like they had a scary night though. I will update this when he gives me more news.
I know he appreciates everyones prayers.

They are moving him to University Hospital. Here's the latest.

UPDATE: Saturday, Feb. 14, 2009 - Gregory's condition has taken a turn for the worse overnight. As a result, doctors at Bronson Hospital, have acknowledged they are at their limits for treating him. As a result of this, he will be transported today to the University of Michigan Medical Center where he will be placed on artificial life support so that his heart and lungs can heal from the trauma incurred the last few days. According to Brian, "The doctors still have him listed as stable, and feel this is the best time to move him to the University Hospital.

Pfiefer added that the complications from the flu have progressed into pnuemonia. Gregory is also fighting staph infections as the result of the illness.

    UPDATE: Sat. 8:00pm

Gregory was flown to Mott's Children's Hospital @ Univerisity of Michigan located in Ann Arbor, MI late Saturday afternoon.

Brian called us this evening with an update on his condition feeling confidant that Gregory is receiving the best medical care and attention.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Brian, Annette and most of all Gregory for a full, complete recovery.

    UPDATE: Sun. Feb 22nd

Gregory Pfeifer remains at University of Michigan, Mott Childrens Hospital. Greg had a restful night and continues to make progress. He still has a battle ahead of him.

Saturday we visited Gregory, and I have to say I have never been in a hospital of this magnitude. It's truly a city in itself. Being there really reminds us of what is most important, our family.

Gregory now has a website for anyone who would like to wish Greg and his parents Brian and Annette all the very best. Please go to: CarePages.com and then Gregorys.com and look for Gregory Pfeifer.

Please keep the Pfeifer family in your prayers, he's a very sick young man. And Brian & Annette really needs our support. Thank you.
