I just bought some Goodyear Safety Liners and some tubes on Ebay. The number on them is D3773. It was an impulse buy and I am not sure how liners work and where the tube goes. How does the tube inside the liner get filled. So at the risk of sounding like an idiot...What did I buy and how do they work?

    liners

The tube goes inside the liner. Mounting is a little work, but after you've done it a time or two, it's not that bad. Put the inner bead of the tire on the wheel, use alot of baby powder inside, you have to crimp the liner up to get it inside the tire and put the inner bead of the liner over the wheel, carefully get the tube inside the liner and ( again alot of baby powder ) put the valve stem thru the wheel. There should be a spacer for the valve stem. This lets the air fill the tube and the outer tire. Then get the outer bead of the liner on the wheel, then the outer bead of the tire on the wheel. After you air the tube, 35 to 40 lbs, air the outer tire w/3 to 5 lbs. Then let all the air back out of both. This is supposed to get any wrinkles out of the tube. Then air it up to where you want to run at. Usually 40 or so in the liner, 4-6 in the outer tire. Hope this helps.................

Not sure if your still using goodyear tubes in your liners or not but i will throw something out there for you to think about

I beileve Dill stopped making the 2-way valve stem about 13+ years ago
this was the valve stem goodyear used on their tube
i would be scared to death to use a 13+ year old tube and run 200+ mph with them
would you bungee jump with a 13+ year old rubber band???
