S.F.I 20 boots with a sole..... Anybody use them yet?

I saw Impact was coming out with a pair with soles (not that I would buy from them at this point) but I found these on the Stroud website.

I like the idea of a sole, because they get so tore up. Just wandering about comfort, if you run them without a driving shoe, and if the sole is going to melt to the car in a fire? Plus, at $220 they are about $80 cheaper then Simpsons boots. Anybodu use them?
