Russ and Wayne Parker....

I for one would like to take this opportunity to say "THANK YOU" to Russ Parker and his dad Wayne....We had a problem with our battery pack and charger (I purchased it all from W.S.P. Wayne and Russ)....it had an internal problem of some sort...I called Russ and told him of the problem I was having...Russ jumped into action with both feet...he asked my shipping addy and the next day I had a component out of his personal charger! After numerous calls and e-mails from Russ (yes Russ called me) about the issue Russ had me tear down my pack and send it to him offering me his pack and charger to use so I could run the car....I declined the use of his stuff...the offer was more than enough...Russ received my stuff and within 24 hours had it sent back to me...Now I know that W.S.P. is not a fortune 500 company buy I'll tell ya what...some 500 companies could damn sure learn from W.S.P. (Russ and Wayne Parker)

If anyone ever needs a battery pack and charger, give them a shot... Not just because their products kick ass but their customer service is second to none!

Come to find out my problem was an issue we had caused...something must have slid into the pack and punctured it..Russ is da MAN!
