    I must be missing something..I was running through the new rule book and noticed mention of oil down penalties..when I got to section 2, I found the penalties are what ever the event director is in the mood for...no format..no discussion..if I understand it, someone can get no penalty everytime and someone else can be put out of business for the first offense.. tell me I missed something..

    What is the new rule book you are talking about? 2010 or 2009

    Thare must be a way to save just the rules that a team needs ?? I'm not that Adobe literate (-; I don't want to have to print the whole deal or scroll thru all the pages ??? any help ?
