Roots to Screw question

Hey I have a Hemi with a roots blower on it at the moment. Thinking maybe about putting a old PSI screw b rotor on it and a deep throat Hat. Im not really after making big power with it but I like the consistance of a PSI and they look tuff as. I have no knowledge of screw blows and Im finding it hard to find anything on the internet. Questions I have are like, Do they mount to the same roots bolt pattern, Does the fuel system run differently, will a b rotor work in my application(427ci)?
