Rod and Main Bearings

What rod and main bearings do you guys recommend for a screw blown KB Hemi. Had always ran the M series bearings. I here talk that I should be running the harder V series. I hope this isnt one of those ancient Chinese Secrets... Thanks for the help or advice

 

If your not still experimenting with your tune up and are not smashing the "m" bearing alot then switch to the "v" series, it is a little more durable.
