Racing radios Advice..?

Asking to see what everyone has out there what works and what to stay away from.. Simple system driver and crew cheif not looking for a 4-5 radio system Promod car with blown power

 

I'am really glad yoU posted this.. we have racing radios that is the brand ever since we got them they suck!!!!!!!!!!the crew guys can talk without a problem, I can talk to them when i am staging the car but as soon as i leave the lights we can't talk to each other. I was told to move the antenna to the front so I did and it still won't work..HELP!!! the radios are UHF motorolla

Maybe the Crew hear you during the staging process but they are just concentrating too hard on the tree to make comments ....... and on the run maybe they are too scared to reply ?? thinking maybe you might be too busy to chat ?
Possibly a connection or RF frequecy interference on the car ??
Our radios work great when they are used and I can Honestly say at the times you don't have them working these are the least likely times we would communicate . They are a great tool before and after a run but rarely will they help you during the run.
