We have a pro 1a with the timing module. It appears to read fine, but the "optic" reads about 5deg low of the mag timing. The mag timing is correct, and matches what the timing light shows, but the other channel shows off. When the timing goes up and down, the mag timing stays the same, as it should, and the optic timing goes up and down the correct # of degrees, it's just about 5 deg low to begin with. The inductive pickup only has one loop through it. I'm thinking about putting it through one more time. I haven't called racepak yet, I'm out of town, but was hoping someone had an idea. thanks

Been running a Pro II with timing option for about four years and had the same concern. What I found out is this is normal. If the difference gets down to about 10 degrees then there is a problem. Call David Lahey at Electrimotion and he can give you more information about this.
