race pak

Help I am tring to upload a run fro a pro1a when i take the catridge to the computer it says that the start key is missing.help what do i do?

Call race pak , I am sure they can help .

 

Stephen, have you loaded any new hardware or software to the computer since you last used it?
When that happened to us once, it was a hardware conflict with a sound card or something the guys had added.
If not Ron at Racepak can walk you through it.

It seems to do that with my Racepak system a few time too but when I download the run from the car again , the problem disapear , hope this help !!!!!

Stephen,

I've had this happen a couple of times when the Racepak didn't download onto the cartridge properly for some reason. Try downloading onto the cartridge again with the Racepak charger plugged in to make sure the unit is at full operating voltage.
