Race pack help!!!!!!

Recently cleaning out a friends garage and came across a old Race Pack computer, is has everything with it still in the box even has a small printer with it I believe it came off a Pro Stock motor, I looked for a number on it and all I can find is RACE PACK 2000-D by Competition Systems distributed by King Racing Components. Can anyone tell me if this can still be used or should I just pitch it. Thanks in advance

There would be no reason u couldn't use it. They used to plug into a paper machine that would spit out miles of paper with the run on it but if I was u I would call racepak and see what u could do to download it to a laptop.

 

if I remember right the old 2000-3000 was not able to be used with a laptop when Ron had RP he wouldnt even support it if you had one..and it did take 100's of miles of the thermal paper..Dave
