Just recieved word that Don had a heart attack and didn't survive it. It was sudden and unexpected...our prayers for his family, from Jody Stroud, Mike Kopchick, Shelia Kopchick and the rest of the crew at RAGE FUEL SYSTEMS.

Rest in peace Don, and my condolences to Judy

I first met Don about 3 years ago through John Headley. We became friends right away, and this past winter he moved his car to our shop to put back together for this season. I got to know Don much better just over the last 6 months. What a great guy, he would go out of his way to help anyone.
I am so happy we got to spend time together, but it makes his passing so much more difficult. My heart goes out to Judy, she always made me feel so at home and part of the family when we were together.
Godspeed my friend, until we met again,
    Chuck Carver

    Thank You

Thank you all for your kind words about Don. He was a wonderful and unique man and we will miss him greatly. Since his stroke was massive, he did not suffer. But also it did not kill him immediately which gave us time to arrange for donation of his organs, he was still able to help others, even at the end of his own life.
Everyone's thoughts and prayers are truly appreciated.
    Thank you!

    Don

I'm SO SORRY to hear this. All I can say is from the very first time I met him a few years ago he was a truely stand up guy. He was always offering me advise and trying to help me with my car. He will truely be missed.
