Airated or non and what difference does it make? Thought i read somewhere to use non airated but been running ones w holes.
Seems when i pull the fuel shutoff it takes a long time to kill the engine, is this related?

The aerated nozzles should help break the siphon effect the suction in the hat makes. The aerated nozzle will tend to not drain as much fuel from the system when you pull the fuel cut. ;)
When was the last time you rebuilt your fuel shutoff , is it leaking fuel by when it is closed?

I will have to put some air thru the valve to check it. Looks like its fully shutting off, looking thru the top fitting.
Not a major problem but i thought i read somewhere to run the non airated body on the screw blowers. - COULD HAVE BEEN ON THE WHIPPLE WE USED TO RUN

I'm curious how you rebuild the fuel shutoff valve? The only way I know is to change the o-rings and they do not affect the open/closed leakage to the motor, just the leakage to the outside of the valve.
    I've often wondered this
