PSI engine combo

what engine combo is the hot ticket for a screw set up in a funny car. Bore -stroke- deck height. Also what is the advantage or dis advantage of a standard deck versus a 100 tall. What block is the one of choice for AFC. Just digging for some future info. Thanks for the help in advance.
