promod engine height

We're installing a blown big chief wetsump engine where a drysump hemi used to live. The chevy pan hangs two inches below the framerails.A drysump would fix it but our wetsump works well and we don't want the weight and complexity added. The car worked good with the hemi so I don't want to screw up the chassis setup. Our deep bruno pan hangs low also.

Is raising the engine a big mistake?

Most of them are between 10.5 and 11 inches off the ground in the front with a 2* angle upwards towards the rear.
