problem found

never check the simple things first.To make a long story longer,after messing with this thing all day,taking all the poppets apart,checking spring tension,changing the barrel valve.It turned out to be the condenser in the mag.Have an old mag,pulled the condenser out ,swaped it ,the mouse roars again.I suggested to the car owner he get a good ig.system.After all,why did they quit using mags to start with(old Vertex's that is) Thanks again guy's.Pushrod Out.

Not to sound sarcastic, but what does this got to do with the barrel valve not repeating run after run? I must be blind, but I don't see the relationship between a bad mag condensor and the barrel valve leaking at 65% to 70%, then after the run, it leaks 40% to 50%.

 

I'm with you, does not compute.
