Working on the winter rebuild and fine tuning for next.

The 7730 has a "Time/RPM" brown and white wire that currently activates a leanout relay immediately after transbrake release. I there a way to wire this setup to lean both on the brake and for a programmable amount of time afterwords with the grid?

I had the hair-brained idea that I could put a diode in the brown/white wire right after the grid and then operate the the leanout relay on the "trans-brake"" 12volt wire and then the Brown/white wire immediately after brake release........ Does that make sense? Is there a better way?

    Thanks,
    Scott

I do exactly that with a simple relay. The lean out is wired with 12V supply, then powered either through the Grid per the timed Output Switch or switched to ground via the relay triggered by the brake button.

Do you have two relays? Or are both wires combined?

No just 1 relay. The Grid provides ground via the Output switch - set either by RPM or time from launch. I do not have a relay on the Grid brown/white wire - the amp draw for my leanout valve is < 1. The relay is on the transbrake side. When the transbrake is energized the relay receives 12V signal and switches to provide a ground path for the leanout valve.

    Thanks

I'll do the same, Thanks for letting me know that concept works.
