It's probably a good thing he didn't get a shot of you in the pits after the warm up for the first round of qualifying!

Dave, did you notice that Don's car does not show up in any of your photos from the first round of qualifying? That's because TA/FC's are EVIL and sometimes do things...things that are EVIL. Don's car was VERY EVIL during the warm up. I'm not being very nice by even bringing it up...but Don, I feel your pain.

 

OK, we'll let sleeping dogs lie, even though it goes against my nature....

Your stirring the pot. out of respect to my parts supplier, and my crew member ( neither would admit doing any wrong, but both stepped up to the plate when the chips were down) This is one of those stories that one would just hope goes away. I run the best stuff money can buy, and my crew guys are very good. So like the title says. SHIT HAPPENS

It was very unfortunate what happened. Don, there is no question that you have good parts and do things right, and yes I'm stirring the pot. It's what I do when I'm bored. I commend you and your team on pulling together after that happened and getting into a very tough field - something that I did not do. It looked like you gave Harker a good fight, from where I was in the stands, it looked like you must have left on him.

And Dave, I agree your pics are excellent.

Whatever happened Don, I can relate to stupid things at the worse times that make no sense and have probly never happened to any before or will ever again. So....you had a great showing in Pomona no matter what happened.

Nancy, I'd go to Australia in a heartbeat if the opportunity ever was presented. Just takes money. I'd go if Don Hudson goes...and if Dave was taking pictures...of the races.

Thanks for the kind words. Nothing worse than missing a qualifing session or round of eliminations due to wounded parts. As you both know this sport is not for the faint of wallet. I heard Austrailia is VERY much a good time, ask 'ol Ronnie August, he went last year.
