Piston to pin clearance

    We have a spare piston that has .00425" piston to pin clearance to be used in a BBC blown alcohol circuit boat.We don't have time or any good spare pistons to use so what would be the worst that could happen with so much pin clearance? This only needs to last for maybe 3-4 races & 3 minutes each. What do you guys think? BBC with 26 LBS boost & 7700 rpm.
