Piston rings

    I can get a set of pistons to suit my blown windsor with chi heads off the shelf but they have .043" rings are these ok, has anyone used .043" rings in a blown alcohol deal with any luck

    Just .043 top and 1/16 second. My chevy had this setup and was fine. I would put top ring in it every 30-40 passes. Sealed up great too
