    Thanks Guys!

Hello and thanks for the post DROSS.
Have not been on here for a little bit and just saw this old post. Yes my top dragster "Fiat" did not last long. Les and I were about to roll around in the pits trying to decide the number to put on the car. Les wants More (does that make sense??). While your still thinking about that Tim, no I am not drinking Molson's, right now anyway. I wanted to put a 6.10 on it and Les want 5.99, Les still doesn't pay the bill's so of course he wants more. We went with a 6.09 and I shut it off at 5.68 and pulled the chutes and went 6.079 @ 212. Oops, should have listened to the crew chief. A couple of days later we were approached by the Tim Martin Pro Mod team who has the Hoover/ Trussell 63 Vette without the engine. We had a week to put our engine program in it and get it ready for a $10,000 pay out and it almost paid off. These cars are definately challenging but we are up for the challenge and I guess time will tell whether we get it or not.
My dad is now back working with me again and things are going great. He is at the house helping me 3 nights a week and it is great!
Tim, I now have 2 teams working together so the work load at the track is spread out and yes it gives us time to make sure Molson's is doing their job right.
Have a great Race Day everyone.
    Paul

    Finals again !

Thank you , It was a great result for hard work ..... but coming up short is inevitable against the " C " rotor screw when they are cutting clutch , 'Cuz it will go down almost anytrack .
Pauls perfect .000 light got us out first but we needed more than the .140 to stay in front. Paul said he passed him easily @ 7-800' and drove away ( 253 MPH )
No more Legal roots for us , we will get after it and increase the OD for the next race and try again . The PMRA Series is great, People are great and the Travel is minimal , It is a fun time but I would like to try the FIAT again , the Fans loved it .
Tim you should come to Grand Bend on Aug 7 and check it out ..... you may find you like it ???
