overdrive % on 16/71 high helix?

    how much overdrive will i need to run on a 2.600 valve
    veney hemi to get around 30lbs of boost out of my 16/71 hh
    ? also need a set of 14mm pulleys to achieve this.
    thanks !!!

    probly gonna turn the motor around 8000-8500

    That depends on how fresh the blower is and the cam and things like that. My guess would be 20 or 25%, probably 25%.
