    hi all!
i have a KB big block wedge block with oil restrictors in the passages between crank and cam.
this block was previously used in a nitrous setup with B1 heads/jesel rockers and external oiling through spray bars,so the oil was blocked at the head gasket.
i'm using heads with shaft mounted rockers and internal oiling,in a blown alky setup:are the oil restrictors(4 of them)still of any use in this setup or should i just remuve them for better oiling to the heads?

I just removed my restricters today.

Previously I was using stage 5 intakes without pressure feed with out restricters had plenty of oil up top never hurt a push rod.

Last weekend we installed pressure feed rockers. And yes we made sure we have the adjusters in the right spot.
And was told to run restricters .090 hole.
I was not happy with the little amount of oil up top after the first run.
One push rod cup turned gold.

So today we have removed the restricters let see what tomorrow brings.

This is my experience not sure if I'm correct or not.

    KB stage 15
    Brad fat heads.
    Black stands
    1.7 intakes stage 5 rockers
    7/16 Manton pressure adjusters.
Plenty of prelude before start up and each run.
