While there is no official word... it appears to be a done deal.

How did they lose this track and event to the NHRA (i know money). This may be a stretch but this is akin to the NHRA losing IRP. They lose their best track and supposed biggest event in one fell swoop.

They'll say that while they're disappointed in losing the venue the IHRA is in the best shape it's ever been and they have more NITRO NITRO NITRO. This and the alky cars are probably going to be given the boot this or the end of next year.

IHRA and damned ashamed of it!!

Anyone have a screw blower for sale....cheap:D

Rumour has it Bader wanted to buy back into IHRA and they slammed the door in his face. It's a shame because without Bader, IHRA would not be.

Record # of cars this weekend at NRP for the world nationals . Funny how the track raises all of the food prices to gouge the customers at the track owned concession stands . Will the track actually benefit profit wise by switching sanctioning bodies ? or is this a pride fueled switch .
