    Marty Nothstein to drive Follow A Dream Permatex Funny Car for 2008

    MARSTONS MILLS, MA, February 4, 2008: Today Jay Blake Founder and President of Follow A Dream announced Marty Nothstein will be the driver of the Follow A Dream, Permatex Top Alcohol Funny Car for the 2008 racing season.

    Marty Nothstein, one of the most recognized and accomplished cyclists in the world, having won the Olympic Gold Medal in Sydney, and Silver Medal in Atlanta, has officially joined the Follow A Dream team for 2008 and beyond. Jay Blake, founder and president of Follow A Dream said, “ Marty and I share the same goals and dreams for our future. We share a desire to win and to show others that their dreams can come true as ours have through Positive Thinking, Self Determination, and Team Work.” Marty stated. “This is an opportunity of a lifetime to team up with Jay and Follow A Dream. When you look at what we have both accomplished one can only imagine what the future will hold, and I can’t wait to find out.” Both Marty and Jay have accomplished a lot over the past few years. Last year alone Marty Nothstein won divisional races at Bradenton, FL and St. Louis, MO. Qualifying in the top half of the field at every race entered, he also set top speed at 5 races during the 2007 season. Jay and his Follow A Dream Team have won 3 NHRA National events, including the World Finals in Pomona California, and won the NHRA Division 1 race in Atco New Jersey in 2007.
