Thats a great looking car Don,.I believe its worth the 20g`s. I have looked at it many times thinking that is cool looking, of course a blower out of the hood would fit it more to its liking but,.....get everything certed and come race
me this year at Woodburn, Medford, or Seattle,..Stacks are cool.

Take the motor out and sell the car in pieces.

It will go quicker that way.

    NO !!! dont do it....

that car is almost a one of a kind, with the shieffer rear end, and was also the car filmed and used in Fast Company,..and it was also the car Hodges and Verheul tested the twin Turbo deal with,...It was the back up car for 77-78,.. and saw very little abuse if any at all,...some testing,..and some Movie time in Fast Company,...

    Lets run um,...

I meant take the Chevy motor and trans out and sell it as a roller, not sell the car piece by piece.

Wild Ride,...cool car you picked up from Kyle...

You can run Nitro, Alky, or whatever you want as long as the chassis, and safty equiptment is up to the standard for the ET you want to run,..
and as far as running your car as the MoTown Shaker, well I think you would need Als Blessings,..it was a nitro car, and if left as a tribute to Al, I would think Nitro will be the appropriate addiction for the reality of what the car is all about,..Nitro.

Dons Firebird had the blessings to repaint it up as the Bubble up car.

    used value

as in any race car, especially a specialty race car, it's worth what it's worth to the right buyer. until you find that buyer that wants what you have, dropping the price a whole bunch won't help until you're at the point of damn near giving the car away, in which someone will probably buy the car to resell it to the same buyer that would have bought it for your asking price.

    Location, Location, Location...

As an owner of a NFC, I can tell you that location has a lot to do with it. Also, the powerplant. If a guy wants to go the AA/FC route, they will have to pull out what you have in it, and put in a more condusive powerplant in it.

I do believe if you took out the motor and trans, and sold it as a roller, you might get a quicker sale, but then again, location will play a big role.

We've been looking to buy a nostalgia FC for a while now, but we don't need a motor or trans, and I really shouldn't spend 20 grand right now.

I think that price is very decent, for a complete car.
