Nitro Hydrometer % ?

    Precentage question on reading hydrometer. If you chill nitro to 60* so there is no temp adjustment .
    bob the nitro from drum it reads 105% . So If you want 95% do you make it bob 100% or 95%?
    if you do it by volume and take 950ccs out of 5gal of nitro and replace with achl. the hydrometer reads 100% not 95%. Called VP and they were no help. Thanks
