My uneducated guess would be Tony Fuller may be the new owner and Bob will help him get his feet wet and take some well deserved time off and maybe come back and tune someone at some point.?? just a guess!!

Just going by what was disscused at one point early last year.Tony was trying to put together some partnerships to kickstart his pro aspirations and thought it would be good to get started in the alcohol classes. A deal with Bob was discussed but apparantley fell through. Like i saiid before i was just taking a wild guess.. Seemed like a good fit at the time.. I would guess we will all know what Bobs plans are soon enough, what ever they are i wish him the best and it was great to be allowed to work with a legend in the sport.

    Bob Newberry

It's official Bob is done racing to bad. Big write up on NHRA.com. Bob had 50 national events and 11 divisional championships. Wow what a accomplishment in all those years of racing. He will be missed at the dragstrip, buts let's hope we see him rooming around the pits on the weekends.
