New saftey rules for 2010??

Are the Top Alcohol Dragsters required to have an air device that releases the chutes and shuts the fuel off when the burst pannel fails next year?

What about the A/FD Dragsters? Are they going to be required to have a pressure sensor on the manifold or something incase a headgasket fails?

Can someone clear this up? If it's true, I imagine there will be a few A/Fuel owners pretty upset about this.

Are there going to be officials in the pits now with leak down testers?
