I see that you will now gain the same number of points for a out of division race that you will for a home division race. What is everyones opinion on this? I think it's great. The A-fuel cars can pick the cool air races and still get the full amount.

Will, what does the "on the tire" phrase mean under my code name? It did say senior member.

Unless I missed something, I believe that you can still only claim two divisional races from out of your home division towards your divisional and national points total. And, as has been the case, may claim your best five points totals of your first eight races divisionally and nationally.
Hopefully this will encourage more teams to cross over for a race or two and increase the car counts in the divisions that have traditionally seen lower car counts. I like the idea!

Last year you earned 85 points for a home division win and 80 for a outside division win. This year it's the same. I'm not sure if it's 80 or 85.

I believe it is going to be scored at 85 points for every race, nationals and divisionals.

As I understand it, it will be 85 pts. for a win, 64 R/U, 43 semifinals, and 32 for a first round loss. My point was that, even though the points received are the same, you may only claim two races from out of division and therefore must still claim at least three events in your home division.

    2 out of 3

i emailed nhra on this and never heard back, but i am wondering if it still the same as it was regarding how many out of divisionals you could claim.

i was told that you could only count your best two out of the first three out of divisionals towards division points, while you could claim as many out of divisionals as you wanted towards your national points.

feel free to make your own, just change it in your user control panel, if you're feeling like your not getting up on it...lol.

You can still only claim two out of division races for divisional points, according to the two DD's I talked to.

National points don't matter where you race divisionally.
