Need help quick!!! Screw w/carbs !!

I have a 540 Chevy 10.5 to1 ... With a screw blower and 2 dominators .. Got a Ron's #1 pump ... Egts lil hot at idle ... Soon as I crack it they drop like they are supposd to 300-400 degrees ... Go to make a pass fuel psi 6 at idle .. On the chip 10lbs soon as I launch drops to 6.5-7.5 never gets above that ????regulator almost all the way turned up!!! Lazy down track .. Cleans up a lil by the 1/8th .. Egts hot quickly click it when they get 1150 ... Come back .. Only used 1 gallon on that pass , driving up and back , !!! Feels rich and lazy .... But showing lean on fuel consumption and Egt .... Running the blower at 22% under !!!! Still made 12 lbs of boost at 5400 rpm max ... Only needs 10 lbs to run what I want ... Any help would be greatful!!! The blower is a whipple r980 ... 25degrees of timing .. 23 degree heads .. Thanks disco 937-520-6022
