    I bought a set of new front wheels and a degree ring from Brad Terry in CA in October 2017....and wheels were missing the wheel bearing caps....Brad said he would "make this right" over a month ago....now he will not respond to calls, emails or texts...
    Anyone know Brad? Good guy? Scammer?
