Anybody used the Defnder head and neck support? I run a fairly close quartered funny car cage in my altered and everytime I try to get out I get totally hung up and have to have assistance getting out. This does not seem safe if I were to get in a fire. I also can not get my Impact Nitro helmet on with it because it pushes the helmet up too high and I can't see. The chassis I have is a very laid back style chassis. I have adjusted it everyway possible and it still does not sit right. What do you guys favor in a situation like this? I guess I will use the old donut around my neck this weekend.
    Thanks,
    Adam

Talked to Defnder and was told this device will not work in my chassis. Too laid back.

I use the R3 with the pad that it comes with in my laid back F/C chassis and in a dragster. I like that it works at any angle, laid back or upright, not like others.
