Msd rotor phasing on 44

I have a msd 44 I got .we switched caps an i have the big cap now but I'm not sure how to phase in the cap.someone pm me an explained it very well but today when I went to look at the answer to do it the pm was gone.i called msd an they never got back to me.any help would be great 636 345 7141
