Guys - I seem to be having a problem with my 7570. I bought it brand new awhile back (over 1 year so the warranty expired) and only turned it on a few times to check it out. Now it's time to use it since the car is ready to fire. However, when I turn it on, the screen lights up for a few seconds and then goes blank. No response from the unit - no text, no nothing. I tried charging the batteries but that didn't help. Is there a reset button or something? What might be causing this problem? Any help appreciated.

I am not familiar with the 7570 unit but I do know a little about computers, if it has a removable battery remove it for a minute then reinstall it this may help.

Another possibility would be to run it on the A/C adaptor without the battery, I am not sure if this will work on the 7570 but on a laptop if the battery is shorted then the laptop will not run with the battery in the laptop even on the A/C adaptor since the shorted battery will draw more current than the A/C adaptor can produce.

    Good Luck,
