msd 44 plug wires

Is anyone running NON msd plug wires with a 44 promag? Just wondering if the MSD stuff is the only choice? Kinda want blue wires!

 

Sure somebody does, but the vast majority use MSD

 

My ignition puts out about 1/2 of what a 44 does but for what its worth I'm going to give the Moroso ultra 40's a run. All the info I have read it says they are more than capable of handling the energy of a 44.

And they are blue

 

I've seen people running everything from Taylor to the Moroso. MSD usually ohms better longer.. And change your coil wire OFTEN.

If you just want blue you can cover whatever you have with Moroso's Ultra 40 heat guard. It's blue and I use it over the red MSD wires. Just a thought.

Blue Moroso ultra wires live way better than MSD on our chevy. They will custom make them. The service is very impressive.
Approx 20 laps with a 44 mag and havent touched them.
