I didn't crash, I just slipped off. I guess I need a seat belt. Does Simpson make one for a golf cart? Also, thanks to Jeff Wilson, Mark White and crew for helping out. It was sure appreciated.

Thanks all for the kind words from you all. G. Reichert...sorry to hear about your clutch guys leg, but you know how those clutch guys can be. The best part of winning a race like Topeka is getting to race the quality cars and class act people in our class. Think about it, I got to race Jeff Wilson ( a truely class act and nice guy). Ashley Force ( a nice young woman who will no dought be a star in top fuel some day), David Wells (who is a class act and his wife always gives me ice cream), and Bill Reichert....(who's name draws respect whenever its mentioned in the context of drag racing).Again thanks to all.

Your right Robert, 2 out of 8??? Let's be honest here, the only reason blown cars win is when the A-Fuel guys miss the tune-up or smoke the tires!

im not knocking the a fuel team but you said it and missing the tune up or smoking the tires thats part of racing a fuel or alky ?? your statement meant that i guess all alky team should just quit or dont even unload out of the trailer because they cant win is a joke our car beat its old owner who now has an a fueler in our first race . so im saying i didnt care for your statement at i thought it was a joke !!

Now,Now, Boys lets all get along.... No one likes to see the Blown Cars Do poorly(especially me) But the reality of the deal is that when an AFueler is on its game they are very tough to beat, unless they "trip themselves up" We have a nice losing timeslip with Mitch's 5.26 on the otherside. It can be discouraging to Run 5.30's & 5.40's and think your competitive. Were hardheaded so we will keep "pressing on!!"
Like the Man once said: "You are only as good as your last run" See ya at the races.
