1) Does this package come w/ Axles?

2) What is the true "Wheel to Wheel width" of this housing?
(backside of wheel to backside of wheel width?
we have a very tight tire issue an every 1/8" matters.)

3) Are complete brakes, or just rotors, or nothing other than floater spindles "out on the ends" available with this sale.
