Mickey Ferro Repeats Winning Ways in Texas+

Ennis, Texas – The Top Alcohol Funny Car Team of Mickey Ferro continues
to enjoy success in their 2010 Racing Season. The RYCO Hydraulics
sponsored alcohol funny car celebrated their first National Event win of
the 2010 racing season earlier this year in Baytown, Texas and followed it
up with another win in their second outing to Texas in Dallas at the 23rd
    Annual O’Reilly’s Fall Nationals.

After only two qualifying attempts following a rain delay, Ferro’s team
began Sunday’s festivities in the third qualifying position posting a
5.675. In round one, Ferro posted a 5.61 with a stellar reaction time of
.028. In rounds two and three, Ferro’s team ran mid 5.50 passes and
continued in second round with a .047 reaction time and a whole shot win
in the Semi Finals with an .039 light. His team finished out the day
running a 5.575 at 257.04 miles per hour, and once again posted a reaction
time of .029 which placed his team in the winner’s circle.

“This year, Texas has been good to us” noted Ferro “my team gives me a
great car to race every time we go to the track and more importantly,
every pass. Some days are just your day to win and some days are not.
We work very hard at what we do, and this weekend, we enjoyed the
benefits of that hard work by landing into the winners circle”.

Mickey Ferro credits his team’s success to his crew, family, friends and
partners. His racing team consists of crew chief Anthony Terenzio, Joe
Paladino, Mike Pavia, Ed Cornwell and John Pedwano.

Mickey Ferro thanks his sponsors RYCO Hydraulics, City Carting and Green
    Stuff Absorbent.

Ferro’s team is currently in 2nd place within the Lucas Oil National
Points Championship and is looking to win the 2010 Southeast Division 2
Championship. They will be racing next October 16 and 17th at the last
2010 Lucas Oil Southeast Division 2 Race in Reynolds, Georgia.
