What happened to Bradshaw and the Chicken Chokers?

 

They had a miscue first Qualifier and crossed the center line and were sent away prior to the second Qualifier as they rolled up to run because they were litterly 30 seconds from turning the corner to the water box (late?? i dont think so!)
the other car had not fired they could have waited in my opinion. bum deal!! to say the least.

 

Drag Race Central shows Alan to make a second round qualifying pass of 5.423, to qualify third, after Sylvester broke following his burnout. No mention of time infraction. Why did Kosky get in the show?

 

Just to clearify, Alan did hit a cone on Q1 which was directly related to the steering wheel being redesigned and relocated prior to the race and being misaligned at 45 degrees angle. He tried his best to drive it that way, but to no avail. We then did make Q2 and ran the 5.42 to qualify #3. We are short 1 crew member and traing a new one and had problems getting the car serviced in time for round 1. We missed by minutes as we were in the lanes when the last TAD ran. Very dissapointing but the car and driver performed well and are are ready for Columbus.

Thanks for the skinny Mr. Cottrell!! I'm from Odessa and know Alan and his father, Buddy. I've even crewed a few races with them locally several years ago. Wish D1 was closer and maybe I could have helped out. Sorry about your misfortunes and best of luck in the future.

 

Mike got in the show as an alternate after Bourke broke.
