lost another retired driver

Joe Godwin of ft branch ind passed away friday night lost his fight with with cancer joe raced in many classes over the years the one i remember were tf/fc ta/fc in the late 60s to early 80s in the UDRA ,AHRA , NHRA ,IHRA, owned many cars over the years but the most famous to me was the linc. Mark IV and the Mark V funny cars which i was lucky enough to drive at the goodguys in indy in 2000 joe owned redneck stree rods until selling it a few years ago and retiring he was a great teacher and mentor GOD SPEED MY FRIEND you will be missed dearly
