liscense upgrade

i need 2 drivers tad or tafc to sign off on runs preferebly someone who lives close to bowling green ky, since that is my closest 1/4 mile track which is still about 4 hrs away, i would be willing to travel to another track the same amount of time in any direction, any help greatly appreciated
