Ok I converted my Lencodrive over to a 1 1/4 shaft bored the black housing for the larger bearing bored the stator out for the shaft gave it the clearance that lenco said ,have no bushings in the stator the pump gears are new, had the valve body apart no broken springs converter valve is in correct the regulator valve is in right and the spring is not broken. Set the converter clearance .090 in side the bell housing.
The car goes out 1.8 seconds and the motor goes to 9000 ,I have input speed sensor and the converter is not locking up.this is a Neal Chance 10.5 the converter went back to Marty and he said it should have worked, but he changed the stator to a 45 anyway.
We have a pressure guage on the output cooler line and all the pressure we can get is 10 psi on the pro jacks ay 4000 rpms ,if we plug the return line it goes to 18 psi ,we tried to different gauge on this unit.
I,ve called Lenco and talked to Synder and there not sure ,We also have 13 quarts of fluid with a B&M oil cooler
    Thanks Dave

Seen this before. Did you get the complete kit from Lenco to convert it? You need to talk to Matt at Lenco he figured out the problem this guy had on his identical to yours.
