Does anybody use King rod bearings in a hemi? how do they compare to clevite bearings for hardness and life expectancy? This is for a roots blown hemi, 30lbs boost, muscle heads turning it to 9000rpm.

We ran king bearings on a a-fuel car I worked on with good results. The c rotor I work on the last few ran clevites. I'm no expert but most PX guys I know run clevites on blown setups.

    Bearings

    Hi,

I'm not sure of it but I was once told king Bearings will not melt due to the extreme heats they are produced at in Israel and as such I would think they are stiffer. Thus making them harder to read.

Just hearsay but its something to look into.

    Best wishes,
