Have they gone tits up? I know it was up for sale, but my engine builder told me they were closed. Were they the last source for a cast block?

Nevermind, called them and they are entertaining offers, but have not closed the doors.

 

We were told that a guy in West Point, NE bought them. In fact that guy (don't remember his name) said it was "very near complete, but not done".
This was Nov 22nd.

 

Theyre still negotiating offers I heard but everything is hush hush and nobody knows who the buyer is, but apparently the deal is almost completely finished.

 

I heard a rumor that Alan Johnson would be the new owner

 

i heard that the equipment is the only thing for sale, no building or land and you can't use the keith black name, can anybody confirm that?

 

I wrote to them and asked them when the rumors about them began.
They told me, that they were looking for a buyer for the whole thing:

Name - product line - machinery

All and everything.

Just hope that the deal is closed soon, as we would like to continue running their blocks.
